Sourcing products to sell remains one of the challenging aspects of establishing a new business. Many new businesses seek out dropshipping wholesalers for convenience, but not everything can be sourced this way. Also, this exposes you to competition from other sellers who can enter your market and source the same products you do through your dropshipper. Selling used or vintage items can be profitable. Such items cannot simply be sourced by another competing seller through a dropshipper, which makes it harder for others to penetrate your market quickly. This can be a valuable advantage for your business. Some sellers have had success in the electronics and home appliance industries with this general strategy.
