Error 1402 cannot setup cannot open registry key. HKey local machine software classes run content classes management Defaultlcon verify that you have sufficient permission to access the registry or contact your information technician department fot assistance.

Are you logged in to your pc as the Administrator? I think you have to be.

This problem may occur when the following conditions are true:
•You are running Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows
98, or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me).
•You have turned on User Profiles.
•There is a problem with the active profile.
