One thing that many women deal with that really disrupts their ability to keep going with their fitness journey is hitting the plateau. Many times, women’s results slow down only because they are seeing great results and this appears to be a plateau, but if you follow this plan, you will never hit a plateau again.

The first thing you have to understand is no matter how good your weight training for women programs may be, your body is incredibly efficient. It will get used to pretty much anything in about four weeks. That’s why you need to make sure you have a new workout every four weeks at the very most.

The next thing that is really good to have is what’s called an A-B workout progression. This means that throughout the four weeks, you have two workouts to use every other workout. That helps you body change things up so it remains confused, but it also allows you to do the same workout over the four weeks so you can see your progress.

You can reuse a program about every three months so technically, you can have 4 workout programs each with an A-B workout progression and that could last you an entire year. The only thing you have to worry about then would be boredom. But that is how you beat a plateau.
