Soutch Beach – Phase 1
Phase 1 of the diet, called “Banishing Your Cravings” actually takes two weeks. During this phase of the South Beach diet, the dieter is only allowed to eat normal size helpings of meat, chicken, turkey, fish, and shellfish. Also in this phase of the diet South Beach, the dieter is also allowed to eat plenty of vegetables, eggs, cheese, and nuts. In addition, there are also salads with real olive oil in the dressing. It is indeed important to note that in this phase of the South Beach diet, the dieter should have three balanced meals per day, and it will be their assignment to see that their hunger is satisfied.
In addition, under the first phase of the South Beach diet, it is suggested to eat snacks in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon, whether they want it or not. Also there should be dessert after the dinner. The dieter is as allowed to drink water, plus coffee or tea if he or she wishes.
Remember, South Beach is one of the few diets that work.
