I need to paste multi-page PDF documents as an image in a lengthy word document. At present we are copying and pasting each page – is there a quicker way?

You Can’t
PDF is a Protected Data File
However if you have a scanner you can scan the printed version into word as text or a image.

Yes you can copy and paste entire documents! I usually start at the bottom of the document and scroll all the way up and then press copy. That should work!! Or alternatively you can highlight a little of the document and then press right click on the mouse and scroll down to "select all"! The entire document will be highlighted and thus ready to copy!!

However bear in mind not all documents can be copy and pasted because some authors when posting their work online do no allow for copying and pasting, in which case you wouldn’t be able to copy any of it!!

Do a screen capture (press the print screen key on your keyboard) and then paste it into MS Word. If that doesn’t work, then try pasting it into paint, saving the picture, and then doing an "insert – picture" once you’re in Word.
