How can I turn a word document and save it into a photo or picture format?

November 2, 2009 - 3:29 am 3 Comments

I have pasted a few images on a word document, but I want to save it such that it will open up as an image, and can be copy/pasted as an image document…

Please help. Thanks!

Open the document to the part that you wish to be turned into an image file. (if what you want from the document is larger than you can fit on the screen, this won’t work ).
Fit it all on, and then press PrtScr ( near scroll lock and F12 ), and then open paint.
press paste in the edit menu and then save the image.
it will be saved as an image file.

Depending on the length of the document you could do a print screen by hitting the print screen button then going to Paint and paste it there. At that point you can crop the image to only include the Word document. Then when you save it you can save it in several different picture formats, jpg would probably work best.
