Everyone has stress and anxiety at some point. However, while some are able to manage it, others let it get out of control. This can lead to panic attacks and cause serious health problems.
Don’t be afraid to talk with someone about anxiety. Sometimes that is all that is needed. Maybe they’ve experienced it themselves. You don’t have fight it alone
