Food Processors: From Big to Baby Sized
February 22, 2010 - 11:07 am
Many of the food processors out there offer between 3 and 14 cups in capacity. However, one of the things to keep in mind is how some of them specify one thing when in fact it differs by 2 cups larger or smaller in size. If you have a large family or tend to cook for a lot of people often, then 11-14 cups would be optimal. In most cases, these are larger in size and will take more space on the counter, so that is one thing to consider, in addition to price. Most people will do well with a 7 cup capacity in most cases. At the other end of the spectrum is the baby food processor if you’re making food for newborns.
