A lot of people when they put a pool into their yard never give a whole lot of thought to the overall design. When installing a pool it is important to remember that it is rarely considered a value add item. This means that the cost of installing the pool will most likely not be offset by a bump in your property value. In fact having a pool might actually turn some buyers off. So when you decide to purchase a pool, and I am talking about below ground pools here, you really need to give a thought to the overall landscaping. Why? Because good landscaping is always a value add to a property. If you integrate the pool carefully into the overall landscaping of your property then you might be able to offset some of the expense of installing it. pool filter cartridge
