Sunglasses Safety

I’ve said it before: when selecting sunglasses, don’t just pick anything.
Regardless of which sunglasses you choose, you do need to make sure that they protect your eyes from the sun. To do this, they must eliminate UV rays, block direct sunlight from entering your eyes, protect you from glare, and also guard against specific frequencies of light. However, not all sunglasses will perform all of these functions.
The level of tint in your sunglasses is also something to consider. Basically the level of tint just makes things lighter or darker for you, depending on your situation and where you are going to use them.
